Memento
As a group we have decided to remake the opening of Memento. We chose this opening sequence as it helps us to progress in our editing skills because parts of fasted paced and the entire piece is in reverse meaning we have to think about how to edit the piece together. We can also improve our camera using skills as there are many different angles and shots involved within the sequence we have chosen. Another reason we chose it is because it allows us to experiment with different genres which allows us to have experience with a number of different genres so when the time to create our own film opening comes we will be able to choose any genre rather than being stuck with just one choice because we are comfortable with a wide range of genres as we selected a genre we may have not looked at.
